Lacy first worked as a clerk and later a prosecutor in the District Attorney’s office, and for the last ten years, in the County Attorney’s office where his responsibilities include serving as chief prosecutor of the Domestic Violence Unit.
Lacy has also worked with matters of real estate law including titles, deeds and probate, and holds a degree in Agribusiness from Texas A&M.
